Using this site

This website is provided for general information about 38South Digital and what we build. You are welcome to browse it, share links to it, and get in touch. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse it, or access it in ways that break the law.

Our work is agreed separately

Nothing on this site is an offer, quote or contract. Any engagement to design, build or run software for you is set out in a separate written agreement between us, which takes precedence over anything stated here.

Our products

Products we make — such as Helm, Jedd Social, SEO Easy and OpenSpace Studio — are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. Using one of those products means agreeing to its terms, not just these.

Intellectual property

The content, design, wordmark and compass mark on this website belong to 38South Digital, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our permission. Ownership of work we build for clients is handled in each client agreement — as a rule, our clients own what we build for them.

No warranties

We keep this site accurate and current where we can, but we provide it "as is" and make no guarantees that it is complete, error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
